Responsibility for the operation and further development of the building facilities of the data center and of the annexes on the Heilig-Kreuz-Areal for the HKLS and Elektro plants assignment and control of maintenance, maintenance and disorder measures taking into account statutory audit obligations Control internal and external resources as well as budget planning and monitoring Support of internal and external audits Responsibility for the organisation of fire protection and energy management Own-responsible planning and management of new, refurbishment and renovation projects of the technical building equipment Control and coordination of specialist planners, engineering offices and executives as contractors

Successfully completed university studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy and supply technology or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in building management Knowledge of planning, operation, maintenance and destruction of buildings and related technology Funded user knowledge in SAP and CAFM systems Comprehensive knowledge in project and process management and in relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB) Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation driving licence class B readiness and successful implementation of a safety review SÜ1
