The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. We are looking for nurses (m/w/d) who enrich our team in neurosurgery in Rendsburg and care for our patients with passion! Care monitoring: You are responsible for ensuring, performing and monitoring qualified and individual care throughout the entire care process and ensuring that all patients are well serviced. Documentation: You carefully document all the care measures carried out and thus ensure transparent communication within the team. Quality assurance: You actively participate in the implementation and continuous evaluation of quality assurance measures to continuously improve the quality of care. Promoting teamwork: You are a dedicated member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and work closely with other professional groups to ensure a holistic and efficient supply of patients. Training design: You are actively contributing to the promotion and participation of practical training by sharing your experience and knowledge to new colleagues.

You have completed training as health care and nursing staff:in, nurse/career or nursing staff, nursing/care assistant:in. You work independently and conscientiously with a pronounced patient orientation and service consciousness. You have communication strength and empathy in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues. You have the pleasure of giving the best for our patients.
