This is what awaits you:

• Implementation of basic and treatment care and therapeutic and diagnostic measures

• Analysis, evaluation, protection and further development of the quality of nursing and organizational measures and processes in acutely stationary care situations, based on science-based or science-oriented decisions

• Implementation of secured findings from research and science as well as innovative problem solutions (e.g. digital technologies) in an interdisciplinary team

• Active cooperation in the further development of nursing concepts and quality standards

• Planning, management, moderation of events for professional discourse (e.g. moderated case meetings)

Take this with you:

• A completed university education with Bachelor degree as an academically qualified nursing specialist (AQP)

• A completed training as a examinated nursing professional (health and nursing professional/health and nursing professional (GKP), health and child care professional (m/w/d))

• First practical professional experience in the activity of a trained nurse
