Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

As a member of the management team, you will report to the commercial management in this function and advise the management and executives in all labour law and personal business issues. You act as savings partners in operational and strategic HR topics, including constructive cooperation with the works council. You develop and review the company-wide HR strategy in close coordination with the management and commercial management and are responsible for the consistent implementation and further development. The professional and disciplinary leadership of the personnel department with a staff member is your responsibility. In addition to the leadership, operational and collegial cooperation in the team is of particular importance. The Personnel Department takes over all tasks of administrative personnel management, including payment accounting. Significant change and innovation processes are co-ordinated by the Head of Personnel as well as the development and implementation of pragmatic, medium-sized concepts.

The position addresses candidates with successfully completed studies of business management, law or a comparable discipline with relevant technical priorities in the human resources sector. So far, you have acquired professional experience ideally in the context of the manufacturing industry and cover the content aspects of the operating and strategic personnel work in the professional range. This also includes the understanding of partnership with the works council. You are sovereign in dealing with digital tools and systems of personal work, ideally you have already played a significant role in a system introduction. In this context, you have resilient competencies and experience in project management, not only in terms of methodology but also consistent implementation. In the past career, You have proved themselves not only as a guiding force, but also as a skilled maker and designer of changes. Personally, you are convinced by outstanding social and intercultural competencies that reflect in empathy and communicative strength, but also in targeted action and enforcement.
