Expert Recruiting & Personnel Marketing (m/f/d)

You take on your own responsibility the control and continuous development of the entire recruiting process for one of our business areas – from request analysis to the successful occupation of the job You advise and work closely with executives and departments in terms of personnel needs, selection procedures and employer branding You develop, optimize and implement efficient recruiting processes and structures using modern, digital tools and methods, and thereby relieve team leadership in process and structural topics Ensure an excellent Candidate Experience and implement innovative measures along the Candidate Journey You analyze and reportest relevant recruiting metrics and derive improvements in close cooperation with the team management You actively participate in strategic HR projects, in particular in the area of digitalization and automation of recruiting processes

You have long-standing, well-founded experience in recruiting and in the independent control of recruiting processes – ideally from the requirement analysis to the successful occupation of the job You know how to develop, optimize and implement efficient recruiting processes and structures, using modern, digital tools and methods You work structured, process-oriented, and take responsibility for maintaining and developing defined processes You are strong in communication and are happy to work closely with executives and various departments You have a sense of excellent Candidate Experience and implement innovative measures along the Candidate Journey You are analytically strong, you can evaluate relevant recruiting metrics and derive improvements You are interested in strategic HR projects and ideally experience in digitization and automation of recruiting processes You are open to new developments in recruiting and want to actively contribute to the further development of the area Through your proactive and service-oriented work, you will be happy to accompany proactive colleagues and topics In stressful phases, you set the right priorities, do not let yourself be rested and have fun working in the team You have a high level of quality with a view to detail You bring very good German and very good English skills and are routined in dealing with MS Office
