Our project: Supply newly thought We are currently building a new, telemedicine-connected supply model, with which we actively secure domestic care in Schleswig-Holstein – where it is under pressure today. The core is the close, interprofessional cooperation between specialist physicians, Physician Assistants (PA) and non-medical staff in a clearly structured team with defined responsibilities.

Responsive patient care: You take over the medical care at the new Husum site and provide responsible medical care for patients. Technical team supervision: The overall medical responsibility you take over on site and supervise the Physician Assistants used in their daily work. Interdisciplinary cooperation: With the telemedical connection to the MVZ Gorch-Fock, you agree closely with the medical team in case of case meetings and complex issues. Designing the location: The building of the new practice site is an active one, from the development of efficient processes to delegation standards to a strong team culture. Future-oriented concept development: Perspectively introduce yourself to the further development of the supply concept and support the medical care of further subsidized regions.

You have the medical certificate for general medicine, internal medicine or a comparable qualification as well as a German approval. You have the pleasure of actively building up a new practice and introducing your own ideas instead of entering existing structures. An open attitude towards interprofessional cooperation and the use of Physician Assistants is what distinguishes you. You work independently and structuredly, are happy to take responsibility and are committed to building the new site.
