Project Manager (m/w/d) Product Development

For the umbrella organisation Invacare GmbH, you lead the development of a new generation of Power Wheelchairs at Alber GmbH here on site. You are responsible for and accompanying complex projects in an innovative and modern environment. This includes the creation of project plans according to quality, cost and appointment specifications as well as the development of project management solutions for minimizing project risks. In close coordination with your colleagues from the development and product management, you develop system requirements and ensure the function of the overall system. You work with internal and international project teams and with external cooperation partners, thereby successfully implementing your projects. You control project tasks, control target maintenance, and initiate any corrective action. In the form of status reports, you regularly inform about the current state of the ongoing projects. The continuous improvement of our processes is also one of your tasks.

You have completed a technical study or a suitable further education in the field of project management and already brings several years of experience as project manager in product development, ideally in the field of medical technology. You complement your professional skills with the IPMA training. If you don't have them, we will be happy to support you in your further development. You are responsible for projects. If you have already worked with the MS-Project project management tool, this is advantageous, but no need. You will encounter new challenges with a hand-on mentality. With your organizational talent and your reliable way, you keep your projects in mind. You are a real team player, your colleagues can always rely on you and appreciate your friendly, open way. Your English skills enable you to communicate successfully in an international group in word and writing and complete your profile.
