Head of IT Application and Process Development - Focus on SAP & Application Management (m/f/d)

With your team of currently 9 employees, you are responsible for the stable operation and the further development of our state-of-the-art SAP landscape including the heterogeneous application portfolio (including WMS, DMS, Office 365) You act as a central interface between internal demand providers in business partnering and the control of external service providers Based on a structured demand management, you decide on the prioritization of actions according to Business Value, assess risk and resource use, and develop a roadmap for implementation The further development of an efficient and transparent Application Portfolio Management is one of your tasks, as is the assessments to be derived from it regarding cost-benefits and standardization potentials You show yourself responsible for the introduction and further development of ITSM processes as well as secure IT security based on auditable authorization and role concepts

You have a completed IT degree and multi-year practice in the field of application/business system management with focus SAP, as well as first experience in the professional and disciplined leadership In addition, you can present extensive experience in project management, both in the advisory role of internal stakeholders and in the management of external service providers. You have a broad knowledge within the SAP landscape (preferably S/4 HANA / SAP cloud systems) and in application management as well as experience from project planning, support, and implementation of holistic roll-outs You are characterized by your analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a general entrepreneurial approach By your value-adding and motivating leadership style, you can secure a powerful team organization
