The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You work in self-organized and small teams that develop and deliver large-scale systems in short cycles. You are involved in all phases of software engineering; from conception and design to implementation, testing and delivery, to production operations and continuous improvement of the product. You implement container-based software solutions with Go and Vue.js and take responsibility in the sense of YBIYRI. You have fun learning new technologies and advancing our systems together!

You have a successfully completed study of computer science, physics or mathematics or a comparable training. You are passionate about solving complex problems and want to work in a team that shares this ambition. You learn quickly and continually improve your products based on metrics and A/B/n tests. You already have experiences in full-stack development or have the ambition to learn this. Ideally, you have basic knowledge of Go and Vue.js and are passionate about testing automation, continuous delivery and work in distributed systems in the cloud.
