Consultant for company equipment in the office (m/f/d)

Cooperation and coordination: You work intensively with our sales areas in the indoor and outdoor services, as well as with our partners from HoffmannGroup and suppliers in the area of the facility. Project execution: You are responsible for the handling of operating equipment projects in close coordination with the specialist consultants in the field of external services. Your tasks include: creation of CAD drawings (pCon-Planner Pro), delivery creation and tracking, order acquisition, organization and coordination of delivery and assembly processes, after-sales assignment. CAD drawing creation: You want to set up and read CAD drawings for offering and are able to accurately interpret technical drawings. Supply and Order Management: You collect and process customer-specific offers and orders in SAP and coordinate them on time in coordination with technicians and customers. Technical support: You act as a contact person for technical queries from the indoor and outdoor services and attends our technical hotline for the operating equipment product area. Event support: You support the planning and execution of trade fair appearances and customer events and perform in-house training for employees and customers.

Training and expertise: completed commercial training with a technical focus. Ideally experience in the distribution of operating facilities or consulting-intensive investment goods. Knowledge of the creation of technical drawings is a plus. Customer orientation and project work: You bring a strong customer orientation and joy in project-related work. Personality and Soft Skills: Communicative, team-oriented and reliable – you convince by service ideas, initiative and technical understanding. Technical affinity: routine in handling MS Office, supplemented by knowledge in SAP and CAD tools (e.g. pCon-Planner Pro) are desirable.
