Technical Operations Manager for Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic Systems (m/f/d)

You will ensure the proper operation of PV parks (monitoring of parks, organization of dates, data analysis, reporting, fault management, coordination with local service technicians, evaluation of reports). You analyze the operating data (e.g. performance, irradiation, temperature), go to the ground, find solutions and optimize the systems. You will also report on the results in a monthly report. You take the coordination and monitoring of the dates and deadlines of prescribed tests (e.g. occupational safety, DGUV testing etc.) and regular maintenance and maintenance measures. You are the contact person of your PV parks and talk to all stakeholders to achieve the goals of the park operators. You recognize optimization potentials of your PV parks and can offer operators attractive and suitable services. You keep the technical plant documentation up to date. You make sure that all the necessary information, documents and materials are available for the operators to be carried out. Ready to take over the monitoring of PV parks alternately on weekends and holidays.

Ideally, you have completed electrotechnical or related studies, completed vocational training in an electrotechnical profession with experience in the field of PV or a corresponding qualification that you have acquired through multiannual professional experience. You have first knowledge in the area of fault analysis and optimization of PV open-air systems. You have a reliable and structured and self-reliable working style with a high degree of self-employment. You have team skills and service-oriented thinking. You're ready to take weekend readiness.
