HR IT System Designer SAP HCM (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• IT-demand management and implementation management in the SAP HCM environment
• Application, interface and development management
• Ensuring the implementation of legal requirements in coordination with the personnel sector
• Compliance with IT security, access management and data protection and security requirements
• Perception of the governance function in the design of HR architecture

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study of computer science, economic informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in SAP HCM and/or preferably SAP based
• Experience in ITdemand management *Expressed analytical and conceptual skills
• Team skills and communication strength
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
