Ensuring a timely and quality-oriented and economical execution of the maintenance of all infrastructure and roadway systems (inspection, maintenance, destruction, repair) is taken over by you You are responsible for quality, time and budget-oriented resource management (personnel, material, equipment and logistics) The execution of analyses of plant failures and plant-specific vulnerabilities and the derivation of appropriate measures fall into your field of activity You are approx. 50% in the office and 50% outside in your district The assignment and monitoring of construction measures in your district is also your responsibility Take-offs, commissionings and handovers are carried out independently and with the necessary attention to detail You lead your own team professionally and disciplinefully, go ahead with a good example and are a reliable response in everyday life

Your profile:

A successfully completed technical/university study in civil engineering or comparable is available You have the function training to the district manager: in the roadway or are ready to acquire it as part of our qualification First professional experience in operational maintenance and leadership experience are advantageous You know well with the MS Office programs and ideally SAP R/3 network You can communicate your position without losing sight of the needs of others You are committed to the success of the team: you can define and work independently to achieve goals A valid driving licence of class B (shift transmission) is available as well as very good German knowledge (min.
