Control and execution of all sales activities as an Account Owner for the assigned OEM customer portfolio in a market segment Targeted interaction with existing and new customers in an agile sales environment Implementation of defined business goals (sales and profitability) for the associated customer portfolio Continuous development of customer relationships and customer satisfaction through customer-oriented services Advice on solutions for customer technical problems Preparation and independent management of price and contract negotiations Implementation of a rolling sales planning and participation in the budget process Documentation of market potentials, opportunities, contacts and customer interactions in Salesforce Supporting and implementing campaigns / initiatives to gain market share Active development of sales processes

Your profile Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable training Professional experience with technical component Including professional experience in the industrial environment Good systemic knowledge (especially Salesforce and Microsoft Office) High consulting skills and good relationship management Above-average communication capability Ready to travel in the sales area Negotiating competence and pricing know-how Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing High level of initiative, targeted working and process and project orientation
