Plant Manager for Specialty Chemicals and Materials (m/f/d)

In this key function you are Macher and at the same time strategic Sparring partner. You proactively shape the future and inspire and move the whole team. Responsible for the result of the work (quality, delivery reliability, security, costs, investments) Development of strategies to ensure the smooth operation of plants Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of your area with approx. 300 employees Responsibility for budget planning and deployment as well as for personnel strategy incl. Setting, development and resource planning Continuous optimization of processes in the sense of Lean Management and CVP Ensuring the highest quality standards Solution-oriented and trusted stakeholder management Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and standards, including audit and HSE certification monitoring

Emphatical leadership with a high professional competence - strong and targeted Successfully completed university studies in a technical field (preferably chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering) and at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of chemical processes/production in a multinational company Insufficient experience in managing complex works or Organisational/Matrix Structures and Ensuring Operations and Policy Experienced expert with experience in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and departments (in particular experience in coordination with sales, supply chain and R&E). Experience with the requirements of a fault location Extensive expertise in lean management and CVP Entrepreneurial, professional and socially competent leaders with passion, energy and clear, open communication Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
