Working Student Master Data Maintenance (m/f/d)

You support the maintenance, updating and quality assurance of property, tenant and contract master data in our system iX-Haus You assist in testing and ensuring high data quality and consistency You support the structuring and processing of data stocks, in particular in the context of digitalization You assist in the collection and acquisition of data (e.g. in the case of new administrative data or object transfer)

You are an impersonated student (m/w/d), ideally in the fields of real estate management, business management or a comparable degree course You are characterized by a careful, structured and reliable operation You have a high affinity for data, numbers and IT systems You have good knowledge of how to use MS Office, especially Excel You ideally bring first contact points with the real estate industry or real estate software (e.g. iX house) – but this is not a prerequisite You like to work in the team and convince by a certain and independent way of working
