1st Level Supporter (m/w/d) – Your entry into IT support!

Your mission:** As a 1st level supporter, you are the first point of contact when it comes to IT questions. They tackle technical challenges with ease and ensure that our customers and teams get the help they need quickly. With your know-how and friendly way, you make the difference and make sure everything is running around.

Your new job: IT money in use

• Fast support for IT requests and call acceptance
• Solution-oriented processing of software and hardware problems
• Development and documentation of support tickets and inquiries
• Continuing complex issues to the 2nd level support
• Telephonic and written support** for customers and internal teams

Your Skillset: That makes you

• A completed training in IT or comparable qualification
• First experience in IT support or customer support
• Good knowledge in Windows systems and basic network technologies
• Technical understanding and rapid understanding
• Communication strength, helpfulness and a friendly appearance
