We at Avantor are looking for a dedicated field service technician (m/w/d) - laboratory technology to strengthen our technical service team.
In this role you are responsible for the installation, commissioning, training, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment directly at our customer locations in Germany.

Your tasks include: Calibration of pipettes on site Installation, training, maintenance, calibration and repair of various laboratory equipment (e.g. pipettes, air germ collectors, centrifuges, cabinets, furnaces) Independent planning and implementation of operations in consultation with the service team Ordering spare parts and managing the spare parts warehouse taking into account customer needs and cost-effectiveness Timely creation of service reports
You bring with them: Complete training as a refrigeration engineer (of advantage) electrician, mechatronic or comparable qualification Good knowledge of laboratory equipment Ideal experience with SAP Good knowledge of English in word and writing, flowing German is required.
