Support of the project manager in the planning, coordination and monitoring of the design Operational management of our construction sites with overall responsibility for work safety, quality, schedule and project objectives Implementation of daily construction meetings, coordination with the project manager and the interfaces (statistical, engineers, purchasing, quality management) Their core tasks include assembly planning, work preparation, organization of the construction site facility, as well as the creation of weekly and day plans Classification and monitoring of assembly teams and tracking of assembly hours Detection of construction progress, deficiencies and site risks Documentation (Protocols, Photo Documentation, Building Site Journal)

Multiannual professional experience in steel or plant construction, best in a comparable position Knowledge of standards, safety (SiGeKo), quality and cost management Leadership and communication strength, solution-oriented operation Good MS Office knowledge readiness to travel
