Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d)

Description As a leading housekeeper (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the entire housekeeping area of our hotel and, together with your team, ensure the highest quality and cleanliness standards. In this key position, you lead your employees and work closely with the external cleaning service providers as well as the internal departments Front Office, Technology and F&B. Your tasks include: Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the team Ensuring and continuous development of housekeeping standards as well as cleanliness and order in all guest and back-of-house areas Operational control of daily business and ensuring efficient workflows Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth hotel operation Coordination and quality control of external cleaning partners Creation of service, holiday and operational plans taking into account operational requirements Responsibility for orders, stocks and the economic use of consumables Processing, training and further development of housekeeping staff

Qualifications We are looking for personalities who enjoy positively accompanying change, taking responsibility and developing new things together with the team. You have several years of experience in housekeeping of the hotel industry and have already successfully assumed leadership responsibility. You understand how to develop employees, organize processes efficiently and implement quality standards consistently. In addition, bring: Complete training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in housekeeping Detectable leadership experience, ideally as a houseman, Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper Experience in personnel deployment planning and employee management Excellent quality awareness and a high degree of organizational talent Sovereign occurrence, enforcement and communication strength Joy in cooperation with various departments and external partners Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Hands-on mentality and the ability to keep track of work-intensive situations
