You assume the strategic and operational responsibility for marketing communication, focusing on internal and external event formats You control regional funding management (crowdfunding, donations, sponsorship) including budget responsibility You guide and develop your team professionally and personally and create a motivating working environment You strengthen regional brand presence through relevant topics and consistent communication You are responsible for projects and campaigns from conception to implementation You represent the bank to the outside and actively foster networks and cooperations with regional partners, media and institutions You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the leadership level
