What we plan together: As Project Manager Fleet Management (m/w/d), you tax our fleet in REWE delivery service and consistently align your actions with the strategic objectives of our company. In your role, you are responsible for the planning, optimization and control of our entire fleet processes – from vehicle management to workshop control to cost control. You work closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure a sustainable, efficient and future-oriented fleet strategy.

What you do with us: You control our fleet: You are responsible for the operational and strategic control of our fleet including fleet planning, vehicle procurement and return processes. You optimise processes: You develop and implement new concepts for increasing efficiency, digitization and reducing costs in fleet management. You coordinate partners: you work with leasing companies, workshops and internal logistics partners to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet. Analyze and report: You are creating meaningful analyses of vehicle costs, utilisation, consumption and CO2 emissions and optimizing measures. You drive sustainability forward: you bring ideas for alternative drives and sustainable mobility solutions.

A successfully completed study of business management, logistics or a comparable degree. Multiannual professional experience in fleet management or logistics environment. Safe handling of MS Office, ideally also knowledge of fleet management systems. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge of advantage.
