Technical support of production facilities: You are responsible for carrying out complex maintenance, maintenance and repair work on various systems of semiconductor production, in particular on our furnace systems and automated transport systems, in order to ensure their availability. Systematic analysis and optimization: Continuous monitoring of production plants and machine processes, in particular furnace processes. Identification and analysis of key failures and recurring fault mechanisms for sustainable disorder elimination. Improvement of plant technology and performance: Active participation in the increase of plant uptime through process optimization and technical improvements. Planning and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance measures. Spare parts management and documentation: Responsibility for the demand-oriented storage and spare parts supply. Careful documentation of plant conditions, service operations and modifications carried out. Knowledge transfer and project cooperation: support in the training of operational personnel. Technical contact and coordination of manufacturing projects, plant planning, installations and relocations in cooperation with relevant departments. Reporting and coordination: Regular updates on activities carried out and plant status as well as coordination of working priorities with the service and maintenance management.

Your profile: Qualification: Complete technical training, e.g. mechatronics or electronics Professional experience: Relevant professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants, preferably in the field of semiconductor manufacturing or related professions. Flexibility: willingness to shift work. Operation: High level of self-initiative, self-employment and a practical 'hands-on' mentality. Communication: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for technical documentation and communication. Teamability & Organisation: Embossed team capacity, paired with planning and organizational talent. IT knowledge: safe handling of MS Office; Experiences with SAP and system-specific software are advantageous. Electrical tests: Practical experience and ideally corresponding further training in the field of testing of electrical installations (according to DGUV Regulation 3) and/or thermographic are of advantage, no need. Automations/controls: Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C++, SCL, KOP) or experience with common PLC controls (e.g. from Mitsubishi, Siemens, Beckhoff) are also advantageous, but do not constitute a prerequisite.
