In this position you work with high quality Components, modern machines and clearly structured processes – with the real perspective on a later takeover.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of modern CNC machining centres (mills) and drilling) according to pre-set programs as well as ensuring a smooth production process.
• assembly of assemblies using technical drawings and Work instructions.
• Work on sawing machines and in the area of sliding grinding.
• Careful testing of the finished workpieces with common Measuring and testing equipment and early detection of Dimensional deviations.
• Reading, understanding and implementing technical drawings for exact Manufacturing of components.
• deburring and reworking of metal parts with hand and Machine tools.
• Documentation of work steps and results and dissemination relevant information for deviations or optimization potential.
• ensuring compliance with quality and Safety standards in the ongoing production process.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a part inverter, industrial mechanic, cutting mechanics or a comparable qualification, as an alternative relevant professional experience in metalworking, or CNC production.
• Experience in handling CNC machines or in industrial Metal processing of advantage.
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment and a pronounced Quality awareness.
• ability to read and implement technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing to secure Understanding and documentation.
• Careful, structured and reliable operation also with recurring manufacturing processes.
• Technical understanding and interest in production processes.
• Physical resilience and responsible handling with machines and tools.
• Team skills, commitment and responsibility.
• driving licence and car of advantage but not necessarily required.
