You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Service Export Team with 8 employees You continue to develop the knowledge of the Customer Service Export Team and promote the continuous development You keep looking at all national and international exports and constantly optimize them You monitor and control the invoice to ensure smooth handling You support sales in coordination with the department management and contribute to the achievement of the sales goals You improve our processes and processes, through your innovative ideas You create and analyze statistics, evaluations and KPI's to make informed decisions

You have a successfully completed degree in logistics or business management, alternatively a completed commercial training, for example as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) You could gain at least three years of professional experience in the area mentioned above and at least 2 years of leadership experience Your negotiation skills in German and English make sure you get the best deals on land You work independently, structured and always keeps costs, customers and your team in mind You have experience in dealing with MS Office, ERP systems and common forwarding and customs software and make use of these tools You are an open, flexible personality who likes to face new challenges
