In order to strengthen our team at the Oldenburg office, Department of Engineering, we are looking for you as a project engineer (m/w/d).

The focus of your responsible activity is the project management and project management of replacement and engineering structures in the field of new construction, development, renovation and repair. You take over the coordination and supervision of engineering and construction contracts and external project participants You are also responsible for the creation of performance directories and the participation in award procedures. In addition, the implementation of the timing, cost and quality control of construction projects is one of your tasks. The coordination with authorities, departments and contractors for successful project implementation completes your exciting range of tasks

An optimal prerequisite for this position is a successfully completed study (Dipl.-Ing. FH/ B. Eng./ B. Sc./ Master) in the field of civil engineering with the emphasis on structural engineering or comparable skills and experience Multiannual, relevant professional experience (min. 3 – 5 years) in the design Good knowledge of construction-related standards, guidelines and legal regulations, such as the ZTV‐ING Good expertise in procurement and contract law; in particular. VOB, BGB Expertise in the fields of HOAI law
