Commercial Project Assistance - Administration / Organization (m/f/d)

You are the organizational support for our project teams and are responsible for the smooth running from A to Z. You take over the coordination, pre- and post-processing of internal training and workshops and keep all threads in your hands. You provide important data and provide meaningful evaluations and presentations for the team with MS Office, especially Excel. As a central contact person, you actively communicate with different disciplines and ensure a smooth flow of information. You participate in the optimization of our internal processes by supporting the team in quality management and process documentation.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in commercial or administrative areas. You can draw your attention through a structured, reliable way of working as well as a friendly appearance and work in the team. You are safe to use MS Office, especially Excel. Experiences in quality management or personnel development are a welcome plus. You speak and write fluent German (C1 level).
