To strengthen our team in the production / commissioning in Berchtesgadener Land, we are looking for a customer service technician (m/w/d) for the following tasks: Preparation and implementation of in-house operations of our special machines (mechanics, electrical, software) Support for assembly and fault diagnosis Service Operations at International Customers (m/w/d) Documentation of the work carried out and the constitution of (service) reports

Graduated electrotechnical or mechatronic vocational training, ideally with further training for electrical engineering (m/w/d) or technicians - Department of Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity Good MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP Loadability and intercultural competences Flexibility and service-oriented operation Very good German and good English skills in word and writing Willingness to travel worldwide
