You develop and implement innovative compensation and performance programs that support our business goals and are an attractive employer. You guide the further rollout of our job evaluation system in Germany and abroad and ensure compliance with our policies. You are the contact person for our national and international HR business partners, executives and the works council in all matters of remuneration and job evaluation. You perform grade benchmarks, participate in benchmark surveys and equal-pay analyses and identify trends and best practices. You are responsible for carrying out annual bonus and salary rounds, including budget planning and approval. You develop and review salary bands taking into account various stakeholders (local HR managers, works council, management) and national specialties (e.g. collective agreements)

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics (or a comparable qualification) and have already gained experience in the operational and strategic development and implementation of remuneration strategies and programs. You are versed in the various job evaluation methods (gradar, WTW, KornFerry, Mercer etc.). You have already managed larger compensation projects such as an introduction of job evaluation, change of bonus systems, change to incentive schemes and carried out independently. You are familiar with the best practices in the area of Compensation and Benefits and have experience with HRIS system and compensation software. You take responsibility for your own tasks and are Sparringspartner for the national and international HR community. Process optimization as well as the development of new processes will give you pleasure. Very good communication skills in both German and English as well as a high social competence complete your profile.
