Coordinator of the Outpatient Hospice Service Friedrichshagen (§ 39a SGB V)

You are responsible for the palliative advice and organisation of psychosocial accompaniment of seriously ill and dying people and their relatives. You cooperate with other people, services and facilities involved in the supply. You win and train volunteers and coordinate their efforts. You document the services provided and perform statistics. You participate in the public work and organisation of internal and external events. You take over and coordinate individual germs/mour groups. You provide lectures, trainings and seminars on the topics of death, death and grief.

a completed vocational training as a nurse, health care and nursing workerin, old nursing workerin or comparable training Professional experience of at least three years in the palliative-care sector with the corresponding training courses (palliative-care, coordination seminar, seminar on leadership skills) Passion for hospice and identification with our guide Sensitivity for the special situation of seriously ill and dying people and their relatives situation-adjustable capacity to act taking into account the independence and individuality of clients a strong communication, organizational and team skills as well as independent and structured work Experiences in guiding groups and lust for the large volunteer family Capacity, reliability, flexibility and willingness to serve in the evening hours and weekends
