Stellv. We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The day facility for children Tapachstraße is a four-group facility. In total, up to 70 children aged 1 to 6 years old are supervised and accompanied in their development and education processes. The facility offers the children in bright and spacious rooms as well as a wide and varied outdoor area a variety of educational and movement experiences. Particular emphasis is placed on media education and holistic language education.

You support the management of the four-group facility and represent it in absence You take responsibility for the conceptual further development within the framework of the Einstein concept of the orientation plan Baden-Württemberg You design the educational offer and take over tasks of a group management in the age range 3-6 years You are responsible for the cooperation with families and other institutions and institutions in the district Thanks to you, the active design of change and development processes is ensured

A completed study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, childhood education with state recognition, education with social pedagogical focus or Professionals according to § 7 para. 6 No 1(b) KiTaG with appropriate evidence; or A completed training as an educator with state recognition Experience as a group management, experience in the management and personnel management area desirable (basic) knowledge of organization and administration issues as well as a safe handling of MS Office programs and the Kita database Knowledge and experience in social pedagogical work with children as part of the support concept
