Contact person for our suites Full-payers and VIP guests of the house receiving, filling or passing on wishes of guests of any kind Communication with all departments and ensuring compliance with all standards and the satisfaction of guests Ensure that all individual guest wishes are executed immediately and effectively Ensure that all important information is forwarded to Concierge, Front Office Agent, Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager and Front Office Manager comply with all standards, specifications and procedures of the hotel and Accor and Fairmont standards at any time to ensure a consistent service Ensure that all guest messages and mail, deliveries for guests or the like are distributed and delivered accurately and efficiently Support the concierge with care inside and outside the hotel ancestors and parking of guest vehicles Participation in daily meetings In Room Dining and Housekeeping Support: Ensuring that Amenities and guest preferences are properly prepared before arrival Control of laundry services/ampenities before handover/return to the guest Support in ensuring a smooth running across the entire front office area In Room Dining Support Support of housekeeping before, during and after the stay of the guest

Unlimited employment contract

Monthly over-tariff compensation for the position of the butler of 2.955,00€ gross with a full-time position. Partial calculation for parttime employment.

A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas money from the statutory1. Year of service (admission between 01.01. and 30.06.)

Night allowances of 15% of gross hourly wages from the 1st hour of night work between 24.00 and 07.00

Onboarding bonus of 1,000,00€ for a first employee. 500,00€ after successful completion of the trial period (6 months) and another 500,00€ after a year of service (12 months) in an unannounced employment relationship.
