What you are moving with us:

Optimisation of the communication impulses of the departments for REWE and close purchase markets. Creation of market queries including evaluation and transfer to the specialist area including archiving. Advising the specialist areas for creating a communication impulse or a market query including the selection of the correct communication channel. Reporting of communication impulses to relevant communication channels. Participation in national projects / bodies. Participation in the further development of relevant communication channels with overarching specialist areas. System training of relevant communication channels for employees from the departments and the external service. Ticket processing in second level support with the editing areas.
