Number: MER0003VJ1 What does the production planning Mercedes-Benz Cars (MBC) do? The production planning Mercedes-Benz Cars plans and implements competitive productions worldwide. With robust processes, we bring all vehicle projects worldwide into the factories and accompany them from pre-planning to serial outrunning. Future-oriented topics such as digitalization in production, Industry 4.0 or the implementation of a Smart Factory are the focus here. What does the control assistance do? Within production planning, our team supports the Vice President of the Mercedes-Benz Cars production planning. We are responsible for the operational assistance, financial and personnel issues, the control of compliance & integrity measures, the pre-control of different decision-making bodies, the central change management and the internal communication control. The team is also responsible for the implementation and further development of the production planning strategy and the cross-center project management. These challenges include: Visualization of complex facts and decision templates for top management Participation in the preparation and implementation of Business Plan Meetings Support in digital reporting (including building dashboards) Participation in tracking and reporting on qualifications and corporate audit Pre- and post-processing of bodies and workshops at management level Participation in project management Working with internal communication measures (intranet, newsletter, strategy contributions) Support of the team in day-to-day business (including data analysis for managing the director) What we offer: Individually responsible processing of projects from conception to implementation Knowing the process sequences of the product development process including production A young, dynamic and highly motivated team An attractive and innovative working environment incl. possibility for home office) The activity can begin from February 2026.
