About our facility:

The Mobile Disabled Aid of the West Saxony Diakonie stands for individual support, reliable support and real participation. Our pedagogical professionals advise and accompany people with disabilities in different situations. These include psychosocial counselling, support in finding appropriate relief services, advice on barrier-free housing and practical help in structuring and managing everyday life.

With the offer of other special housing forms (ambulantly supervised housing), we help clients to live in their own apartment or housing community largely self-determined. A individual accompaniment aims to strengthen skills, build new skills and maintain existing self-employment.

For the ambulantly supervised housing of the Mobile Disabled Assistance, we are looking for ab now a reinforcement asHaving Education Careers or Social Education (m/w/d) in fulltime or part-time.

Our clients are supported in their own apartment or within a community of accommodation in the Zwickau district. Deaf people are also supervised in the Vogtlandkreis and the Erzgebirgkreis

The place is to be occupied as a parental leave for a period of one year.

Your tasks in the outpatiently assisted housing:

• individual Support, support and advice of our clients with cognitive and/or physical restrictions within the scope of the performance agreement
• Asssociation on offices and authorities and specific Association in the assistance system

• completed training as Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) with Experience in social group work and individual case counselling or completed studies as Social pedagogue or Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

• ideally knowledge of the breeding language or the willingness to learn it
• pronounced social and communicative skills, team spirit and a well-structured and result-oriented mode of operation
• passenger car license and willingness to use the own car for service purposes
