Your duties

• Compilation of parts and materials according to work order
• Preparation and structuring of the assembly process
• Operation of assembly mechanisms and technical devices
• Assembly of components and assemblies according to technical specifications
• Self-balancing of defined mini-straps
• Maintenance work according to GAB
• Implementation and documentation of quality tests Test report
• Participation in training measures
• Active participation in the organisation of group work
• support in defining and maintaining Performance standards
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (CVP)

Our requirements

• Complete technical and craft training or multiannual training comparable professional experience
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Careful and quality-conscious operation
• Team skills and responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts
