• You are responsible for the case management of the patients to be supervised during the entire stationary stay. • In addition, check the documentation in the patient file for the completeness of the performance detection. • You are responsible for the duration of stay management, are involved in the dismissal organization and are involved in the organisation of post-stationary care. • You function in the interface management between patients and all professional groups involved in the dismissal process.

• You are in possession of a nursing training with multi-year professional experience. • You have a further training in case management or alternatively have a motivated interest in doing so. • You are technically versed and safe in handling the current MS Office programs. • Ideally you have experience in working with ORBIS and the DRG system. • You are a communicative, organised and team-oriented personality and have a pleasure in the work of the profession.
