Self-employed processing of complex projects from the field of open-air installations according to §39 HOAI – free-air services – for the performance phases 1-9

• Procurement of planning services
• independent planning of construction measures
• Building function in the construction and construction management
• Completion of construction measures
• Documentation
• Voting with users:inside and other areas of the Hansestadt Lübeck
• handover to land management and green entertainment Development and implementation of superordinate concepts taking into account the various processes of the department, as well as other areas of the Hansestadt Lübeck Technical examinations, opinions and votes related to cross-disciplinary projects

a completed study of landscape architecture, landscape construction or a comparable subject area as professional experience as possible in project management as well as in the areas of planning, tendering and construction management for outdoor installations Experiences in handling MS Office standard software as well as in an AVA software, e.g. ORCA and a drawing program, e.g. AutoCAD ideally experience in dealing with cataster databases Experiences with independent award procedures in the field of planning services, VOB and VOL the possession of the class B licence
