Then we are looking for you as an experienced planning manager for the development and implementation of modern working environments – from office planning to realization. Together with our interdisciplinary team, you support well-known customers from various industries and are responsible for exciting projects Fully independent project management in (large) projects around new working environments and users – from the first vision and concept idea to the planning of all performance phases Professional leadership of project teams with up to 2-4 planners:in the area of new workplace concepts, interior design and interior design Professional user advice on construction and planning-related New Work topics (e.g. working methods, modularity, interior design, ergonomics, sustainability) in the field of interior design and interior design Development of interior design and usage concepts as well as conceptual planning of working environments Project management from supply creation to final accounting, including budget, quality and time management Proactive management of existing customer relationships and support in new customer acquisitions as well as in offering Participation and contribution to the further development of our interior design and workplace area

Complete study of architecture, interior architecture or a comparable qualification At least 7-10 years of professional experience in the planning and realization of interior design and interior design projects, of which at least 4 years of project management and professional management experience Very good computer skills with Microsoft Office and safe handling of CAD programs, ideally Revit German and English knowledge in word and writing readiness to project-dependent travel Very good planning, organizational, and negotiation skills, persuasiveness and enforcement ability as well as strong customer orientation Competence and creativity in the planning and control of interior design projects Communication strength, consulting skills and passion for the development of modern working environments
