RKI Master Craftsman or Civil Engineering Technician for Property Drainage (TV Inspection & Remediation) (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the planning, coordination and monitoring of investigations and renovations in the field of land drainage – including technical evaluation and construction management. You are the first contact person for our annual contracts for TV inspection and channel remediation – from the creation of the service directory to the audit. You advise citizens in case of domestic remediation questions and concerns the correct continuation of the dewatering disaster. You're playing with in the creation of statutes and the collection of fees – and introduces your technical expertise in administrative processes. You work digitally and efficiently with system bookings, Microsoft programs and the technical evaluation of camera visits according to DWA.

Education Complete training as master RKI, state-tested technicians in civil engineering or comparable qualifications Experience Multiannual practical work experience in the construction sector, ideally in sewer rehabilitation or land drainage Knowledge Knowledge in Landeswassergesetz, WHG, DIN-Norms, DWA-Merkblatten and basic knowledge in UVV, ArbSchG and Landesbauordnung Soft skills Communication strength, sense of responsibility and joy in cooperation with citizens and external service providers Other Driving license class B, safe handling with Microsoft Office, fluent German knowledge in word and font (minimum B2 level)
