Quality Officer / Quality Officer Nursing (m/f/d)

QM system: further development, implementation and monitoring of our internal quality management system based on quality guidelines. Documentation: Creating new residents in the EDV-based care documentation system as well as writing and accompanying SIS® and action plans. Controlling: Collegial controlling of services provided within the documentation system. Visiting & Consulting: Conducting regular care and employee visas including practical consulting work. Audits & MDK: Organisation and accompaniment of quality audits, MDK audits and internal evaluations. Interfaces: interface work and close consultation with domestic and specialist physicians, relatives and therapists. Further development: introduction of own proposals for organisational development and process optimization. Your tasks in direct care (9 hours/week) Direct care: takeover of classical activities to be assigned to the professional field of care in direct basic and treatment care. Team support: Active support of the nursing team in shiftwork to ensure care and relationship design with our residents.

Education: A successfully completed 3-year training in nursing, nursing, health care and nursing, nurse care or nursing (m/w/d). Qualification / Experience: Additional Qualification as a Quality Representative (m/w/d) in Healthcare or detectable, well-founded professional experience in QM care. EDV-Affinity: Strong affinity for computer-assisted documentation systems and high quality standards. Consultancy skills: ability to inspire employees for QM processes and EDV documentation and to advise professionally. Social competence: High social competence, empathy in dealing with residents as well as strong team spirit. Personality: organizational capacity, reliability and joy in the designing care profession.

Attractive remuneration: With corresponding professional experience, you earn more than € 52,000 per year (approximately € 25 per hour) with regular tariff increase. 13 salaries: You will receive 13 full salaries per year.
