Individually responsible handling of projects in the field of sprinkler plants Leadership of the project team as well as the subcontractors in the technical building equipment works - fire extinguishing technology Negotiation and technical clarification with customers and suppliers Documentation of all contractual agreements within the contract Design and specification of devices, control systems and plant parts Ensuring the technical handling, commissioning and execution of acceptances Technical project responsibility and assembly monitoring until handover to the customer Responsible for risk management in relation to the economic result Coordination of cooperation with internal and external project participants Continuous optimization of workflows Evaluation of opportunities, risks and control elements in the project Defining and tracking the project objectives in terms of quality, dates and costs Ensuring the implementation of relevant standards and legal regulations personnel deployment planning, professional and disciplinary management of the assigned employees

Your profile - you should bring:

Complete engineering studies in the field of supply technology, energy and environmental technology, process technology or a comparable qualification (e.g. technicians or masters in the field of fire protection or extinguishing technology Insufficient professional experience in the technical building equipment, ideally in the planning and execution of projects in the field of sprinkler or fire extinguishing systems Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VdS, DIN EN 12845) Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with AutoCAD or Sprinkler-specific planning software (e.g. Autoprink) of advantage Embossed conceptual and analytical thinking as well as a high degree of self-responsibility and team capacity Result-oriented, structured working and communication strength in handling customers, partners and authorities High level of customer and service orientation Class B licence and regional readiness to travel
