You develop and develop synthesis activities in the 4 and the “Changing Earth” program and establish corresponding innovative formats, methods and offers. As a central interface, you coordinate B4 internal synthesis activities, advise internal and external stakeholders and ensure target group-oriented preparation and disclosure of relevant content. You build internal and external networks, link existing structures and create long-term cooperation and exchange formats with partners from science, business, politics, culture and society. You develop communication platforms, initiate educational formats and strengthen competences for synthesis within the field. A further focus is on the support and, if necessary, support of cooperation projects with synthesis/use background.

completed academic studies (Master or Diploma (Uni)), with doctoral degree many years of experience in the development and application of innovative synthesis methods and formats with the aim of target group-oriented preparation and disclosure of relevant content Ability to synthesize scientific topics and results target group-oriented, to network relevant stakeholders and to make implementation processes effective many years of experience in cooperation with different target groups and project partners and in the strategic development of innovation ecosystems strong organizational talent, strategic planning capability, communication and negotiation skills and experience in project management excellent German language skills Experience in building and maintaining long-term cooperation and stakeholders networks is desirable
