In this position you are responsible for the active distribution of coated papers and cardboard as well as other composite materials to industrial B2B customers. Their focus is on food packaging and food service applications. You act on the market with high autonomy, develop new customer relationships, identify potentials and accompany projects from initial contact to sustainable business development. You work closely with internal interfaces such as development, application technology, production and internal service. Your main tasks at a glance: Expansion and further development of existing customer relationships and active acquisition of new customers Management, control and further development of the sales team – professional, organisational and with a view to clear market and sales objectives Development and implementation of market, sales and customer strategies for sustainable business expansion Technical and commercial advice from customers in close coordination with internal departments Analysis of market, competition and industry trends and deriving concrete measures for sales and business development
