You run the reservation team and make sure that processes run clearly, professionally and efficiently.

Technical direction of the reservation team and the incorporation of new colleagues Acceptance and processing of bookings, changes and cancellations for all houses Creation of individual offers for individual guests, groups and corporate customers Working in the Revenue area with focus on prices, availability and utilization Professional treatment of complaints and special concerns Care and control of online sales and coordination with partners such as Booking and Expedia Working with the introduction and optimization of systems and software Maintenance of regular customers and business partners as well as communication with tour operators and companies Active upselling of additional services such as breakfast, upgrades and later departure Close cooperation with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Management

Training in the hotel industry or studies in the area of hotel or tourism Three years of experience in reservation or front office, happy with first leadership experience Very good German and English in word and writing Experience in handling pricing strategies and repentance tools Safe handling of OTA platforms and ideally PMS and Channel Manager Ability to motivate and develop a team Structured, independent working and strong organizational skills High demand for quality and hospitality Openness for new systems and joy in improving processes Rest and professionalism also in lively phases
