In this position, you advise the controllers both in the implementation of self-assessments and in the definition and further development of control measures. With your trained view, you will recognize vulnerabilities in internal control systems (IKS) processes and systems and develop optimization suggestions to make business processes more efficient. In internal IKS trainings, you provide relevant specialist areas with the necessary know-how and thus promote a common understanding of effective control mechanisms. In the spot checks for the validation, evaluation and analysis of self-assessments, you make sure that results are communicated transparently to the management by creating regular reports. Together with the team, you work on the group-wide development of the IKS, identify the control requirements in Jungheinrich AG and update guidelines as well as manuals. As a competent contact person, you can help external and internal stakeholders such as auditors, specialist departments and management with all IKS-relevant questions.

Completed studies in economics, legal sciences, economic informatics or economic engineering and a comparable qualification Professional experience in accounting or auditing or internal auditing/compliance of an internationally established group or in consulting/examination of capital market-oriented companies Experience in working with an internal control system, ideally also in continuous development and relevant process management Advantage: knowledge of relevant frameworks and testing standards (e.g. COSO or IDW PS 982) German and English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication and coordination strength, rapid conception and a structured and independent operation
