Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the operation and further development of 24/7 position monitoring and operational incident management for the companies of the Schwarz Group
• You will help shape the group-wide strategic threat analyses and forecasts, develop scenarios and manage possible security risks
• Du reportest relevant incidents and global developments with security relevance to defined recipients and decision-makers in the companies of the Schwarz Group
• You drive the digitization of location management
• You participate in the conceptual development of emergency and crisis management and work actively to cope with incidents
• You work together with the Emergency and Business Continuity Management (gen-) measures regarding possible threats
• You are the interface to internal customers and participating departments (including insurance, risk management, information security and other areas of corporate security)
• You work closely with authorities, associations, research and companies to build and develop your specialist network

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies, e.g. with a focus on security management, social/economic sciences or business informatics, or on a comparable qualification (e.g. vocational training and relevant training)
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an economic enterprise or an authority with
• You are characterized by your methodological knowledge and practical experience in location monitoring and the creation of security situation images, ideally you also have knowledge in emergency and crisis management
• You convince with your IT affinity, analytical thinking, team, performance and commitment as well as ease of handling complex situations
• You like to work with people and work independently
• You bring the willingness to take over call readiness
• You have strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
