Responsibility for the planning, control and execution of service projects (reconstructions, extensions, renewals and repairs of existing plants) Identification of additional cost optimisation potential for post-contractor services and material Developing and updating a timely and cost-optimal project plan as well as ensuring a comprehensive reporting on opportunities and risks within the project at any time possible Technical management of the construction lines, subcontractors and service technicians (w/w/d) as well as ongoing personnel and material requirements planning Ensuring and implementing the non-deficient acceptance by the client, expert or further administrative acceptances Identification of necessary and possible non-contractual services Creation and tracking of offers/cost suggestions for non-contractual services

(m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) or a comparable degree. Alternatively, several years of experience in the construction and maintenance of safety equipment. Ideally leadership experience in a comparable position Knowledge in project management as well as a safe handling of an ERP system and MS Office Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
