Senior Spezialist IT Solution Architecture (m/f/d)

You are responsible for ensuring stable operation in the field of data management, making a decisive contribution to network security and system stability and supporting first and second level support as well as participation in rotating, remunerated readiness for KRITIS-relevant systems. You think systems holistic, design and realize scalable, secure IT architectures for data management with a focus on resilience, availability and protection requirements in the critical infrastructure and are responsible for building and operating end-to-end monitoring for data flows and services including alarming, KPIs/SLOs as well as audit and compliance reports. You take over the administration and continuous development of IT systems on Linux and Windows platforms, use platform services, automate tests and control change and release management. You implement legal and regulatory requirements, including IT security law, BSI recommendations and ISMS, establish curing measures, respond to patch and vulnerability management and ensure emergency care through business continuity and disaster recovery concepts. You act as a central contact person for IT topics in interdisciplinary teams, control external service providers such as software providers with clearly defined SLAs and security requirements, and are responsible for organizing appointments, budget and resource planning as well as contract design in cooperation with other departments.

You have completed their studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable training or relevant professional experience and design, integrate and operate complex, safety-critical systems from specialist application to platform. You bring together several years of experience in IT service management and safely apply the ITIL framework, especially in incident and change processes. You have profound experience in the administration of specialist applications on Linux and Windows systems and are versed in handling interfaces, automation and CI/CD pipelines. You have experience with ISMS and audit capability (e.g. according to ISO 27001) as well as ideally knowledge of BSI requirements, minimum KRITIS standards, emergency management and corresponding reporting paths. You are strong in communication and reliable in German and English, are sure to deal with tools such as MS Office, SAP and Power BI, capture new technologies quickly and are characterized by analytical skills, hands-on mentality, solution and team-oriented work as well as ideally energy-economy know-how and the ability to think, build and answer systems in a holistic way. .
