Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our Forensic & Integrity Services team in Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hanover, Hamburg, Düsseldorf or Cologne, you combat economic crime and financial crime, our national and international client supports: women from the financial industry in building systems to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions. We help to establish, improve and test anti-financial crime and compliance management systems and thus strengthen confidence in financial markets. You can do a variety of tasks: Acquisition of new projects and clients:inside by developing further counselling approaches and client relationships as well as advice from Mandant:inside on the topics prevention of anti-financial crime, economic crime, compliance and integrity management Management of multidisciplinary teams for the design and implementation of compliance and integrity management systems (e.g. for anti-woman, anti-corruption, anti-trust risks, clerk management, etc.) Examination of compliance management systems according to national and international standards Examination and advice in a supervisory environment focusing on women, money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions/embargos Promotion of the professional and personal development of your team members and further development of our consulting portfolio

At least five years of professional experience in a consulting company, as an alternative to internal auditing, anti-financial crime, compliance or IT environment of a company in the financial sector Experience in the implementation and further development of anti-Financial Crime solutions as well as experience and interest in innovative AI-based approaches to preventing and detecting money laundering, fraud and other striking transaction patterns (e.g. transaction monitoring, sanctions and embargo reviews) relevant knowledge of both data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, Microsoft Power BI) and other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)-specific tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle) as well as data analysis software (e.g. MS SQL Server, Alteryx) are advantageous; very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
